RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange products purchased from www.estheticut.com within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

A product may be returned or exchanged if it meets the following conditions:

• It is unused and undamaged (except where the customer has received a defective product), has retained its original appearance, and is returned with all components and accessories as originally received.

• It is in its original packaging, with the original labels still attached.

• It is accompanied by proof of purchase (a VAT invoice or receipt).

• A return request has been submitted by email to estheticut@gmail.com.

For returned products, the Seller will refund the full amount paid by the customer for the products. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the customer has received a defective product.

Returning Defective Products

To return a defective product, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. The email should include photographs or videos of the defective product and/or its packaging and delivery condition, clearly showing the problem.

The defective product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, must not have been damaged or used by the Buyer, must include all components and accessories originally received, and must retain its original appearance.

Once the returned product has been received, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number so that you can check when the parcel is expected to reach us and help locate it if it goes missing.

• We accept no responsibility for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.

• All return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

IMPORTANT: Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Products are returned and exchanged in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, including Government Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014 concerning amendments to the Rules of Retail Trade.
